Here are some of the positions that are often available:

GUEST EXPERIENCE ASSOCIATES:

Guest experience associates whether working in the gift shop, tiki hut, or other guest service locations, assist with greeting guests, tickets, retail sales, and all the fun extras like locker/tube rentals, and ice cream service. Each area supports a different part of the park, but they all share the same mission—helping every guest feel welcomed, informed, and excited to enjoy their day. This role is guest-focused, so a positive attitude and a team-player mindset are essential. You’ll help keep lines moving, answer questions, and provide friendly service that keeps the park running smoothly from open to close. Previous cash-handling experience is always a plus.

  • MUST be age 15+

  • MUST be Food Handler Certified or willing to obtain Food Handler Certification.

lifeguards:

Our lifeguard’s play the most paramount role in the park - Safety! Lifeguards have all day guest contact and are instrumental keeping guests safe while helping create unforgettable summer memories. Duties include monitoring pools and attractions, enforcing safety rules, responding to situations with confidence, and providing first aid as trained. Strong observation, communication, and teamwork skills are crucial. Candidates must successfully complete American Red Cross lifeguard training and certification.

  • MUST be age 15+

  • MUST be American Red Cross lifeguard trained/certified or willing to enroll in the lifeguard certification course.

EMERGENCY MEDICAL TECHNICIAN (EMT´s):

EMT team members respond to and assist with injuries and medical incidents in the park. Responsibilities include assessing and treating injuries, coordinating with lifeguards and management, documenting incidents, and maintaining first‑aid supplies and equipment. Strong communication, professionalism, and calm decision‑making are required.

  • EMT Basic Certification required

  • MUST be at age 18+

Kitchen – Food and Beverage Associates:

Our Food & Beverage team includes cooks, food prep, servers, cashiers and Snow Shack service who work together to serve delicious food quickly and with a smile. They prepare and serve menu items, operate cash registers, and interact with guests all day long. A positive attitude, teamwork, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are a must! Previous foodservice or cash‑handling experience are always a plus.

  • MUST be age 15+

  • MUST be Food Handler Certified or willing to obtain Food Handler Certification.

PARK SERVICES

Park Services staff keep the park shining! Team members maintain the park’s appearance and upkeep, including decks, dining areas and all guest spaces. Responsibilities include cleaning, routine maintenance, and responding to guest needs. This role has lots of guest interaction, so a friendly attitude and helpful personality are a must. This position is well suited for those who take pride in a job well done and doesn’t mind working independently at times. Park Services play a huge part in creating a clean, welcoming environment for every guest.
